Aim Is to coordinate the activities of disability organisations in the Borough so that through collective representation and action disabled and impaired people will enjoy their right to equality of opportunity, whether economic or social, in whatever lifestyle they may choose. Objectives To actively promote and support member organisations and to develop in partnership with other agencies and sectors, a collaborative programme of activities and services to benefit disabled and impaired people. To represent disabled and impaired people and their organisations on other representative bodies in the Borough and region. The Disability Forum has a wide representation area which has enabled us to work in partnership with other Disability and Impairment support groups. This has opened new door ways for the wider Walsall communities. We continue to work in partnership on new ventures and projects.
