When the chance came to move to a bungalow we wanted to have a look, as my wife has to sleep downstairs and me upstairs. Alice, who suffers from arthiritis, is now able to have a shower and be with her husband all day.

Trisha, a single mum, was living in a first floor flat with her disabled daughter Mia. She took Mia and her 5 month old son around in a double buggy and had been negotiating 40 steps with no lift. They now live comfortably in a bungalow adapted to suit their needs.
